My Why, my passion is to serve others, to equip and empower them to design and live a life they love so they can in turn serve their community, family, friends, tribe, region, the world!
My quick professional background is that I started in Fortune 50 companies rising to the Director Level, was an executive at an INC 500/1000, started and owned several businesses, served as a researcher and dean in academia and through all those experiences my Why stayed the same, it was just the WHAT that changed.

Today, the reason I get up and do what I do every day is that light that comes on in someone; they find a place in themselves, it is why I serve. I have devoted my work to this transformational life-changing proven system of self development because I have seen what happens when someone leans into their dreams and purpose, digs deep within to achieve and becomes, evolves into a life they absolutely love living.
Today, Cynthia and her staff develop and deliver leadership programs, workshops and coaching sessions for corporations, governmental organizations, universities and associations. Now through Exude U this time-tested wisdom is available to individuals and organizations both online and in group settings.

Cynthia has studied and applied these success principles for over 40 years and brings a customized approach for you and/or your organization to realize full potential. As founder and creator of Exude U, she leads our staff and mentors to provide programs that are truly transformational.

Her Career spans over 40 years and includes being a pioneer in the world of women executives at a Fortune 50, C-Suite executive at an INC 500 world-wide consulting company, Owner and founder of an environmental consulting firm, Owner of a transformational leadership development consulting firm, Associate Dean and top 50 funded researcher within academia, and Executive Director of a Non-profit focused on governmental leadership development, public engagement and health policy.

She is the author of over 20 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and also successfully administered numerous projects and grants totaling over 10 Million. She sits on the boards of several non-profits and business councils and serves her local community and the world through philanthropic efforts to improve health and education focused on children.

Lamberth is a PhD trained communication researcher, having completed all course work and comprehensive exams focused on public deliberation, risk communication and network analysis. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Kentucky and Her bachelor’s in science in English and Communication from Wright State University.
